Grants are always discounted from the closing PPS on the day they are granted. Typically 8 to 12 %.

Yep. Looks like he lost a lil faith in the pps direction back in early Feb, now Myron and I have something in common, regret. Lol. Not really though, as much directional trend grab as I've gotten out of JCP, I'm doing pretty good, as is Myron , I'm sure. Too bad I don't have his investment capital total.
