Well, OTHM does not have any business that's for sure. Their business has consisted of hiring promoters and selling shares all year, that's it.
They have zero revenues and plenty of fraudulent assets on the books.
Now it is a fact that Hundley stands accused of ripping off prominent Michigan business men for millions of dollars. As the 13 on your side story noted, more victims are emerging involving other properties. Watch the news story:
It will be interesting to see if Hundley winds up imprisoned or not for these escapades. You assume just an equity settlement, but I am not sure about that at all.
OTHM has plenty of other skeletons in the closet they have tried to hide from the public - This one is just icing on the cake.
