Looked for relevance to that from any recent releases from the company, there is nothing. They have been silent for almost 3 years.

Please explain the use of the word "scam". Use of that word insinuates a method by which AMHD insiders are somehow getting investors money.

This assertion, that AMHD is a "scam", is simply 100% false.

Here are the reasons:

AMHD has not diluted a single share in more than 5 years.

AMHD is clearly doing business in the real estate world as advertised. They are clearly and consistently purchasing homes and commercial property, and have not sold a property in nearly 2 years.
