they sure can, I highly doubt there was any reverse merger paperwork submitted to FINRA though.

We'll this will be my 5th in 15 years.
All went grey and never came back. The major difference here is Gler was a reporting entity and they were in the process of working on financials already for the merger. From what I understand there are several forms that have to be filed now. The other companies that I was involved with were too far gone to file anything. My guess is that the red flag was an 8K stating that the merger had been completed followed by an 8K saying it was off… yet followed again by an 8K saying it’s on again. Then the bait and switch (aka the spin off).
