Really appreciate your job on this one, very instructive and easy to understand. Maybe the Spinning Star project has a chance to become a reality with all the new transmission lines in place.

Hopefully A-power is still part of the SS plan! If Mr. Lu hasn't screwed everything up with his company transactions, and if the plant in Shenyang can come off mothballs and go on-line again, perhaps we can see some of our hopes come true.
