You're absolutely correct in that. I do, however, believe employers will retain the right to hire or fire based on drug testing. I also believe that in time many more employers will become more tolerant but with strict guidelines regarding pot usage. I, for one, have an employer who has told me so long as I don't come to work drunk or high they do not care what I do on my own time. As long as my work isn't affected.
