According to BWs website, the list of stores that are selling KU are listed. However, when people go to those stores, no KU to be found.

That the retention issue that we talk about. I think the product sells through and then BW does not follow up.

You can blame distributors, but they make money by selling the product. Either the stores dont want anymore or BW cant fill the orders.

Either way, it is a problem.

There are several lists of announced stores selling Koma Unwind that are no longer doing so. Here is just one of those lists totaling almost 700 hundred stores. If you need more lists just let me know.
