I would say it all depends on the CEO. I think the street has looked at his track record and is playing the fool me once card. This stock has a high OS/AS and a CEO with a shady untruthful past. Investors want to see something concrete like a phone on the market or an actual product (patches, THC sticks) on mmj shop shelves.
Where this pps goes is all up to the CEO. Looks like the market is getting saturated with penny's announcing entry into the mmj sector and investors are starting to be more cautious where they place their money.
No. I don't. There's nothing indicating such drastic increase in pps. Previous PR failed to bring the anticipated results. My opinion is solely based on facts.
