Newbauer has been CEO the entire time.

I fail to see why anyone would be surprised that this person now claims he isn't the CEO of ADCS.

Somebody must have told Newbauer that what he was doing (again) was illegal. Oh well..

Once Newbauer submits the info to the Nevada SoS, then we will know who the actual officers are, and I believe all the officers names start with "New" and end with "bauer". Until then, ADCS is running afoul of the law, and I will make sure the regulators know it. I will also make sure they are aware of the recent volume, and where the money went.

It Has not Been updated. The deal fell through. I am no longer the CEO of ADCS. It will be updated. It happend very recently
