Understandable to be devastated. The true pisser is that from the looks of it the company was a good pick. Nice growth, good industry, and unlike many others actually making money. The amazing thing is the level of greed from the REM and company camp. At 3.00 a share his shares alone were worth 15 million plus. While he and his friends may have pocketed 150 million this way he put so much at risk.

The man probably would have had 30 million in value by today without doing what he did. Now his cut might be twice that but he had to risk prison for it. I can understand that easier when you have 30 grand than when you have a good life and millions already.

If the company is cash flow positive then somebody is going to get a deal as long as they can hold it together. Wonder how long before Jackson Healthcare goes public.

69-Thanks for the concern. I have been reading all along. I had stated on my last post roughly a week ago that it was my last post...which meant my final post. Now by having posted makes that post a lie.

I am on the road....Oddly I am not devastated at all. I still hold all my shares which currently lack the desired value.

A lot of surprises in the past few days, and I am annoyed as most here are with the events on the surface. Disappointed that the losers known as the BOD would finally make a decision on something and as usual is very self serving, and as usual has never acted in the shareholders, or the companies best interests.

The company is cash flowing, and would have been for some time had it been run by honest individuals with a real BOD.

I remain delusional and optomistic based on some possiblities that remain...only this time we don't have to wait so long to see if these possibilities pan out.

GLTA-Most of the people on this board deserve so much more than the BOD and the folks who acted fraudulantly have provided in return.

Let's hope justice prevails in some form. I somehow believe it will. It just may surprise in the form it comes.
