Has nothing at all to do with either of these things.

If Level 5 failed to show at this expo then either they believe they have gotten or will get the exposure somewhere else or maybe just negligence.

It simply has to do with this.

Not letting investors know that they were not going to show at a major Expo that they had previously pr'd about their planned attendance is poor investor relations. Investor Relations is (partly) about keeping the investors up to speed with developments of the company that can be divulged without hampering the company or any affiliates based on contracts etc... Saying we are not going to be at a trade show that we PR'd we were going to be at could not be interpreted as interfering with anything.

Not showing for whatever reason isn't the problem...I did not say that not going to the show is poor business practice. It could be for any number of legitimate reasons. For the last time: The problem is saying something, something that gets the investor based jazzed up (many of the people on this board who are now saying "no biggie" were touting the Expo even yesterday) and then pulling the plug on it without so much as a "hey not going to happen" is poor investor relations.

I do not want to keep going around on this merry-go-round, what I have said over and over again, because people keep missing the very simple point, is fairly obvious.

Still loaded and holding and expecting very good news in the near future, but that doesn't mean I can't call tell right from wrong.
