lol, that's a relief. It could have happened, though; evidently the Brazilian junk is all over the place. The Malom case is very interesting.

BUT the "bonds" in question aren't merely "worthless". They're also fake. Evidently the SEC and the DOJ didn't read the Portuguese version of the Treasury website:
