Yes charts are looking incredible for FNRC even though some of these following indicators are the telling the same thing it looks good none the less

RSI steadily rising
OBV rising good as well
20 SMA has crossed up through the 40 SMA
TSV is heading north
STOCHASTICS has just hooked up and crossed over
BOLINGER BANDS are compressed AND turning up
MACD has just crossed up above zero line
MONEYSTREAM showing major accumulation
BOP is VERY positive
ICHIMOKU CLOUD doesn't get any better looking
ELLIOT WAVE is also positive and above zero line
5 EMA is crossing up through the 20 SMA ( my personal favorite BUY signal )
