Mixed to be honest. IF the CEO is honest then it does make sense. A larger share structure is in fact needed if a merger is in the works. However, if the merger falls through so will the pps. It's a double edged sword.

About what I thought the OS and Float were; since we've been down in this PPS range for a bit, trading sideways, little up and down.
