The fact that the share structure is capped at 1.5B AS for now is a really good thing. 1.2B in the float isn't really that bad compared to all the other companies that have 4-10B AS and or outstanding. I think he is right in that the company should be valued higher and the current share structure can easily support a curent PPS of somewhere around .008 - .015

With meaningful news and announcements concerning sales, partners and new distribution this can easily be over .05 imo
