Great points, CP. IMO, the price action early this week attracted day traders and possibly kicked in some algos or HFT, which would tend to add some volatility. But complaining about $1.80 to $2.40 in one week is like crying with a loaf of bread under each arm, so great weekend to all!
You might want to catch up. A couple people were calling you out earlier today. Personally, I don't care if you choose to answer or not, but you shouldn't miss your chance to reply if you want to.
I just pulled out my abacus and did some sophisticated mathematical calculations. If share price is at $1.80 how much is 50% of that? Hmm… $0.90 sounds about right!
If $1.80 represents 100% and I add another 50% that will get me to $2.70
(Am I driving you crazy yet?)
I think that I know how you came to that 50% gain. Stock went from $1.80 to $3.00 which is $1.20 difference.
When stock closed at $2.40 then that number made you to believe that 1/2 of $1.20 is 50% gain.
So in reality "All by all from 1.80$ to 2.40$ is a 50% profit in 3 trading days" it is NOT 50% gain.
Oh boy I feel so smart today, so please forgive me for giving you lesson in math. I promise to talk next time about beer and brunettes.
