Going to base my opinion on using the DLAs Industrial Partner Ventures as an example. Each service branch is represented in that. All using SigNATURE DNA. I really believe that it is only practical to have one central vendor now. Many of these high end items/systems are common across the branches, and have to be shared across each on communications, command and control in joint service engagements exercises.
Multiple suppliers at this point would make it difficult at best to validate supply line items transferred between branches.
Just conjecture, but I think that view has been expressed by the Congressional committees saying everybody is going to follow the MDA's choice.
