Do you mean the government contract that requires the TIMELY FILING OF FINANCIAL REPORTS of all publicly traded companies, such as $TADF?? After all, TADF is a "fully reporting company" in their own words (an apparently false claim).

If so, then you would be correct. If not, keep dreaming, as it is far more likely TADF is intentionally avoiding the government than pursuing any contracts with them.
