1. NeoMedia has diluted the company by less than 10% and has changed itself overnight from a company that was going to be behind the scenes collecting a toll into a really big deal! This new supercompany “may now set the industry standards” and represents a wonderful one stop shopping opportunity!!! I believe that the sum of the parts represents an exponential leap in value that will be represented in the PPS after the word gets out. Our shareholder base is miniscule now compared to what it will be in a year. We need to have patients while the expanding circle of awareness develops.
2. Tobin did not state that in order for the PPS to get to or exceed $5.00 the number of outstanding shares had to stay under 480,000,000 shares. He admitted spending time with NeoMedia officers and I believe had to have a feeling for what was happening regarding the acquisitions. (I believe he indicated that his meeting occurred sometime after Feb 6 meaning that the quiet period was over and perhaps the company was willing to give him some forward looking info.) I think that he expects the PPS to reach $5.00 in the foreseeable future regardless of how many shares are outstanding.
