vela will lose control of china motion.as i said the other day this deal doesnt smell right.i keep reading this 8-k and for what i take away is,starhub already has the right to buy 25% of china motion,aqc has the option but is not obligated to sell 25%.i see it going down like this.starhub to exercise its right to buy 25% of china motion.aqc does not have to sell.it would be up to vela to make starhub whole,that means the 25% comes from vala.the result aqc with its 49% would control china motion.
