Call the numbers and eventually you speak to the correct people. More common sense then anything.
There's 55k on the bid. Dilution would wipe that out. There goes that theory. Anything else in mind

How?

You do it in the way that Phil Fisher outlines in Common Stocks and Uncommon Profits (Warren Buffet said it was on of the 3 best books one investment ever written). You talk to customers, supplier and any other stakeholder that will talk to you. That is what I did and I am confident that I am going to make 20 times my money.

Risk=Reward most the time but you can mitigate risk with DD and knowing what is going on better than the next investor.
