Don't forget marijuana is a federally regulated controlled substance and to my knowledge outdoor marijuana farms are still clandestine. With Colorado and Washington legalizing recreational use at the state level, and multiple states legalizing its medical use, it seems it's becoming a hot topic in politics and federal regulations may soon change.
