Chip - the obvious question would be why would big pharma buy out a company for such a huge premium just for the name? From what I am able to find, I don't see anything that can be confirmed regarding HEMP. There seems to be a good number of inter-related deals between this pink sheet company and several others. None of which are verifiable either.
I would be happy to be wrong and wish everyone well here, but I don't see any reason to jump in yet. A lot of MoMo activity that pushed the pps up. I just don't see anything factual that is supporting the price.
