Ten billion sounds relative to the value of NNVC as seen at this point but not to the true value that it could be after phase 3 clinical testing. The trouble is that many investors already believe the CIDES will work and the FDA needs to have them pass three clinical tests to be USA FDA approved for use in the USA.
