Lol...thanks.... I actually asked to have it removed after doing some more extensive research into PMCMs filings last night....on the basis that 1 of my notes was incorrect.
ie. David Michery, although as of the latest filing in February, he had some 135mil common shares comprising just over 2% of the O/S, he does hold 7 million Preferred class A convertible shares which are not just convertible at a ratio of 100 common for 1 preferred, but also 1000 to 1 voting privileges.
... in essence, he does have the power to increase A/S on his vote alone. (I had stated that he could not)
Although this is somewhat controversial in my semi-uneducated, yet unbiased thought process, I still remain more positive than not regarding this venture.
