If MacLellan needs to "unload RXPC" before the eWellness merger can take place, then the eWellness merger will never take place.

RXPC and William Gartner have nothing to do with eWellness.

Nobody knows how many shareholders RXPC has.

I almost forgot- Last year the Dignyte 10K was released on April 1. This year it was released on March 5, a full 3 weeks earlier. Evidently they have a reason to make it public sooner- they expect to consummate the merger on schedule by March 31 as claimed.
