Intel is addressing both.

my point is..that from a individual investors pov..it would probably be better if the ARM guys stuck with mobile..and INTC stuck with servers/pc's..and then as an investor you could allocate your investments between the two worlds to optimize the growth (mobile)/cash cow (pc's/servers) mix that you want.

but it appears the ARM guys want in to INTC's markets..and vice versa..which is great for the Engineering union..not so great for investors...
