As I have posted before, NYSE MKT was the result I was expecting. We were able to file the application faster with them, because we already met the requirements.
Also, that is where the other tobacco brethren reside. Speculating here, but maybe somewhere down the road a $XXII M&A with other Big Tobacco would be facilitated if both traded in the same arena.
NASDAQ more liquidity, but IMO I think this is where we stay. We have paid the listing fees, filed all the current/relevant paperwork, audits, etc. A lot of work went into it and I am not sure if a NYSE to NASDAQ switch down the road would make a huge difference.
Either way, pleased with the progress this Company is making and will continue to make.
