IMO perfect sequence of events: uplist first, allow bigger institutions to open positions after shares become available, consolidate for a while, then release the MSA news at the AGM.

As I promised Pinkie, if we uplisted to NYSE MKT, I would be drinking Manhattans for breakfast the next morning.
