I agree that out of the blue PR sends out a huge positive in my book.
Most stinky's would have used words like "potential" deal worth millions yada blah blah blah, keeping it safe fwd looking msg so they cant get shutdown by the sec..

This however is a done deal and just 1 of many! GERS
