I do get it. I guess I'm just a cockeyed optimist holding out hope. This isn't the same company from years ago when it tanked. Completely different team. Up until now I was on board with all of their decisions, but to issue convertible preferred stock at this stage of the game is not going to benefit the shareholders who are already frustrated by the PPS decline. We had no opportunity to vote on it either.
