look at the 10-Q from November of 2007 when the company was trading above 50 cents. O/S 22 million so market cap was above 10 million. Book value was 5.8 million 8.5 million now, net income in 2007 1.5 million through 9 months 0.07 EPS compared for 12 months now 1.2 million 0.06 EPS. (10-k for 2007 not listed).Revenues in 2007 were way higher but revenues really do not matter when it comes to stock price… in matter of fact ASDS is getting better value for their revenues now then they were in 2007.
in 2007 they had 1.1 million in cash compared to 432k now but that is the only number i can find that is of significant difference.

in 2007 the average PPS was in-between .55-.65 cents thats a 12-14 million dollar market cap. Today we trade below a 6 million market cap. Today the company is growing and the balance sheet is a lot cleaner with the reduction of debt……. imo today worst case scenario we should trade at .45 cents or at a 10 million market cap

i took a 30k position this morning at average of .26 cents….. i just have a gut feeling this is going to take off…… This stock has never had a tight bid/ask spread until now. also RAFF on bid side is telling they are only used by professional funds. and the only other days of volume where the days the reports were released. the stacking of bids yesterday + greater volume than 2 day prior when the 10-was released is telling. also….. i got 10k shares sitting on bid this morning but i was immediately passed by 2 other bidders.
