No, they plan on getting the same folks that buy garnets and quartz for tourmaline and sapphire prices at 2AM from JTV to think they are getting in on the new MJ industry that is over 26 years old and trading in the $100's like CANN and CANV. This is called getting stupid people to find even more stupid people. Which in America works, because there are countless stupid people with free money they didn't have to work for.
