Good afternoon Captain,

As you may have noticed, I resigned from the board about three weeks ago. I have a different opinion on how to unlock real value with this company.

I will be an insider for another two months and can not publicly speculate on what the next steps are but I can assure you that with an almost $8 million exposure I will strive to get the very best value for all the shareholders as I move forward.

I give you my undertaking that my full plan will be posted and updated here once I am not an insider any longer, and that all your readers will be able to see and comment on my strategy.
