There is close to 500M shares for sale at .0004 on level 2 and that's before taking into account what BMAK and VFIN will do.

Also, seeing as how every single time it moves to 3 /4 no one hits the ask, I think it might slosh around here for a while.

I agree with what a lot of the other posters are saying and that is that this really doesn't move much with or without dilution until solid revenue appears of the language of the PRs change from tentative agreements to fully solidified ones.
