I agree that it didn't slow down any progress in ZTEM and all.

But I'm sure it delayed any JV.
If I was a finacial group interested in Hay Mountain, I would wait for an outcome in AK before loaning, lets say, $5million. (just a random number)
After all, the 5 million is about the same as the debt/liability that is cancelled now.
We just don't know the terms.
I'm sure an NR about this is around the corner.
If this isn't a material event, I'm not sure what is...

I'm talking about the cost of setting up camp the cost of drilling and all other cost relative to this. If we would have just paid the claim cost and interest to NAK there still would have been plenty of money to start a drill program at HM. IMO
