See what he has acheived while being at ILNS and then look at the people that has joined him since he left as CEO of ILNS at CereSpir.

One has to eat.One has to pay his insurance his housing and family needs.He agreeded to a certaain pay at ILNS however he was not paid as agreeded and is still behind the scenes to me thats integrity.

Yes ILNS has value not yet showing in the pps however without a buyout others with integrity will not join or fund the companies pipeline like it should be advanced imo because of Blech/Chassman and others D/W ect.

Chain leaves and yes he started a new company.Look what he done in such a short time and I say funding is or will be in place soon.

Now what has Maza done? He sure is not willing to work fulltime for free.Taking your theroy into account I quess this means he has no integrity cause working a few hours a week on friday being paid don't say alot while he was working fulltime at BZNE being paid.

I question if Maza did not violate this Code of Ethics,SEC regulations by using Darren Weingrow to contact a shareholder of this public company.One would have to know the background on Weingrow to understand and decide plus one would have to know the securities laws relating to officers,directors and securities laws dealing with investor contact.

Now that don't add of to integrity imho for the current CCFO,CEO but it sure does for the past CEO.

Yes a buyout would be great but may never happen.If we do not get the inside house in order we will never ever see ILNS acheive what is possible if a sale does not occur again imho.
