I don't know a whole lot about it, but I think it just basically puts restrictions on and labels it as a 'high-risk' stock that some brokers won't or can't trade, especially as a penny stock. Plenty of them have still been trading it, but it can limit the volume that a stock can reach, though that hasn't been much of a problem lately anyways. But there's a lot to sift through to account for every single aspect that's happened over the years, and they gave us an update they only have an issue or two left from a few years back that came up as of recent, as they met with them and were told it looked good initially.
