Treaty never talks about bad news. But after a lot of prodding from several folks Treaty finally admitted that they didn't sign a contract and then Treaty in thier typical way accused them of changing the terms at the last minute and so Treaty decided not to use them... Treaty claims they doubled the price.

It's never Treaty's fault.
