NO PREFERRED SHARES EXIST PER NV SOS.

The filing isn't inconsistent, it is false. The TA even acknowledged there are NO PREFERRED SHARES authorized, much less I/O. If there were the TA also has to have resolutions for issuances. The TA keeps these records for all shares.

Did you say Margrit would be back and you would discuss this with her?
