If it's the DEBT holders than the OS must be going up. That is why the TA numbers are so important. He also said the OS was the same. Yeah but I am starting to call bull$hit...no way this has the float it has. I know what low floats do. Like I said before I would say between 10-15 shareholders the float would be locked, but obviously it is not.
