Yeah something is majorly wrong here. There is no possible way this stock has a float of 4.4 million. Heck if it was really 4.4 million I could get a few people to buy in and lock up the entire float. I am starting to wonder if the CEO even knows what a float is.

Has the TA responded to your broker yet? That is one telling sign if they won't provide the info.

The worst thing about this is that whoever is selling is crushing any momentum and not letting the stock breathe. They have had some pretty good news in the last month and we sit at the low of the month. Something is NOT right....and the CEO is making himself look really bad. This can't be all flipping it just doesn't make any sense at all.

If the Float was 4.4 million it would act like FSPM, AERO, ENRT all low floaters that actually move on light volume.

Market Shark. Everytime this thing moves up. Someone dumps. It's one of the most mainupulated pennies I'm in and with this news. I'm no longer optomistic.

If the Filing and audited Financials are so important why has he filed a Form 15-12G in July last year and let the Company go dark??

Why did he release that statement on the same Day as a paid promo took place? Just coincidence ? Sorry but hard to believe imo.

Back to your Question. No i don't think it means anything at the moment, Sir. Just some words from a CEO that you can't trust obviously. He said no change to the SS, now he says (per your own comment) that the try to update it by friday...
You may call his statement a "good sign" but look how many other companies released similar statements and gave similar outlooks that actually never took place. I'm waiting for page 10 of the Textbook that mentions Uplist coming... sorry for beeing sarcastic again.

I know that you and many others here don't like to look at SOCR this way, but look at it as a setup for Insider Enrichment and trade it accordingly IF you decide to touch it! That's the only way to bank some $$ imho!

CEO's, IR People, Promoters and everybody else can LIE but Numbers don't! The trading here speaks volumes.

The Float has been traded in the 3's roughly 5-6 times and the price doesn't move? The so called "Profit taking" would be better named with "cutting losses" if you still don't want to name the obvious: "Insider selling" or "Dilution"
