There will be better opportunity to buy during the next trench of toxic debt selling, which should be coming up any day now. Last time, the volume spiked to 90 million and PPS didn't get out of the 2s, and that was with a positive PR to hold the price up.

Without a PR, and with 90 million shares to be sold, how low do you think the PPS will go?
