My only concern is how much longer this case will last. As you know there is a high demand of TMMI's compression/decompression technology due to the explosion of internet, if this case will last another one to two years, TMMI may miss this market window for good. Who knows, maybe another high tech company may jump out and offer technology as good as TMMI , and anything can happen

I ain't "twisting or turning" anything dude. The defendants asked for this so I have no idea what your talkin about? That's the "plain and simple" truth. Who are you anyway and what is your agenda since your so new on the scene??
Hang in there...this is a great sign of what's to come for TMM! Obviously, the courts will decide.
