"The question really becomes when does the level of confidence rise to the level for a potential purchaser to invest somewhere North of $10 million for the processor and ancillary equipment."

How much of that $10 million is processor money that comes to JBI? Can you also provide JBI's cost to build a processor while you're at it?

Sooo.. right when Bordynuik has perfected the P2O machine, he virtually shuts it down and sits on the money maker? Instead of keeping the dear employees employed, closing down operations is a better alternative to running the machine, making profits and enriching all? Now no more testing is needed, when we know that historically the machine has failed to meet any production benchmark (by a long shot) set by JBI themselves?

I don't think this new narrative is an effective way to explain away P2O's dismal failure, and shareholders loses.

The objective has been to prove the technology works and achieve a cost effective high level of up-time.

The technology is proven. The cost effective high level of up-time will result in nominally cash flow positive operations at the Niagara Falls facility.

It is?

The technology is proven.

What do you consider proven? Pyrolysis has been around for years, just not cost effective. Do you mean pyrolysis is proven or JBI processor is proven?

Anticipate the first sale of a processor will be followed relatively quickly by many other sales. That will occur once the technology is proven to be able to process plastic waste at an acceptable level and the financial model can be validated based on historical operations.

Sounds more plausible - any idea how long that will take?

just my 2c ..

but i'm not even sure it will matter
to X buyers of P2O prox if they are *profitable*

i think of various facilities that would just
want the end product and the ability to control
the outcome of an existing source of feed stock

to say nothing of the eco/green aspect

hospitals come to mind
each state's DOT comes to mind
hotels come to mind
corporate campuses (EMC/Cisco/Google) come to mind
state unis and college campuses come to mind
military bases come to mind
prisons come to mind
automotive plants come to mind
bottling plants come to mind

pretty much any entity that has a feed stock supply >> is a potential customer for P2O

early successful adopter of this multi decade endeavor will create generational wealth

runner up (competitor) won't be chump change either ..
