Shorts are getting creamed and spreading any kind of rumor ... First off I saw nothing from citron.. Even if he did come out he is a tool for short sellers ...as for those shares at .01 look at the filings I think those are the Managment shares for merging company before CANN was CANN .. Again looks like more scare tactics
