I did my homework. I made two simple true statements however all are just my opinion.

1. PREP is not open for business, it is under construction.

2. FPFI has no product.

I can see it now.........

Shortly after the opening of PREP kitchens we find Mitch Kevin & Joe standing in the middle of their culinary paradise saying:

"well lets eat, where do you guy's wanna go? pick a nice place cuz the shareholders are buyin !!"
