WHY FREAKIN RELEASE THE PR IF YOU AREN'T GOING TO NAME SPECIFICS!!!!!! THEY COULD CLEAR THIS MESS UP WITH ONE LINK TO THE WEBSITE AND THE STOCK WOULD SOAR!!
My guess: DSCR doesn't want people to know exactly what the company is otherwise that company would be bombarded with emails asking if the acquisition is true. They simply wanted to let people know that an important acquisition should be taking place within a week or so.
Other than that, it was basically a pointless PR yesterday. I still think the bigger, better news is yet to come.
