As I said before it is very easy to tell the extent of the ERHC carry even if a dollar amount is not specified. Either the carry includes the amount of any future well costs or it does not. Obviously if there is no well and CEPSA decides not to proceed there is no cost. How easy would it be for ERHC to clear this up once and for all. But they NEVER seem to smart enough to do that. The discussion here alone should point out the uncertainty which is affecting the share price. But ERHC doesn't seem to understand that. Like it or not, it is a problem, it does affect the share price and it does affect the ability to raise sorely needed capital.

And I see no correlation to your Microsoft example. This has to do with an agreement that is already signed and which, NO DOUBT, already spells out all of the terms clearly. If there are contingencies in the contract then disclose the contingencies. It ain't that hard.
