Maronti ---- this may just be the 'stupid' question of the day. is the developed software program proprietary, and if so, have they applied for any governmental trademarks / copywright protection. needless to say this sector of the market is still shaking out, but if they franchised out and sold the software for 'x' dollars, as well as receiving 'y' for each transaction, the possibility to capture large market share is present. just a thought. david
